Questions Due Date: Nov 14th 2023, 12:00 PM PST Requesting proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary consultant teams. The selected consultant will assist SPU with the update of the Seattle Municipal Code, Subtitle VIII - Stormwater Code, Chapters 22.800 - 22.8081 (Stormwater Code) and the City of Seattle Stormwater Manual Directors' Rule SPU DWW-200 / SDCI 10-2021 (Stormwater Manual). Additionally, the consultant will assist SPU in overall project coordination with other City departments, developing policies and policy recommendations and developing technical memorandums. The cost of this project is estimated in the range of $300,000 to $600,000, depending on the range of changes the City determines to make in the Stormwater Code and Manual. The depth of the changes will be determined and scoped in Phase 1 of the Contract for completion in Phase 2. The performance by the Consultant is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
