Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The work consists of: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to replace the siding on a portion of the Glenn Massay Theater. Several existing panels were damaged by the wind. This scope consists of replacing the siding of the affected areas with a stronger attachment system. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or a cashier's check. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid. Questions regarding this IFB shall be directed, in writing, to UAA Facilities Planning & Construction or emailed to uaa_fpc@alaska.edu for action, include bid number and project name in email subject line.`
