Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.

For furnishing all the labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary for the construction of the following approximate quantities: 8,800 LF of 6"-8" replacement water main; 970 LF of 12"-27" replacement storm sewer; replacement of 10 lead water services; replacement or rehabilitation of 70 sanitary structures, storm structures, and storm inlets; and associated street and non-paved surface restoration. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 18, 2024 No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to 10 percent of the bid or a bid bond in equal amount, payable to the City as guaranty that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and performance bond within ten days from the date the lowest responsible bidder's bid is accepted. In case the bidder fails to execute such contract and performance bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages.
