The Adams County Board of County Commissioners by and through its Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is accepting proposals for Construction Services - City View Park Renovation. A 5% Bid Bond is required for Construction Projects over $50,000 at the time of bid submittal. Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract value, will be required at the time of contract execution, or as otherwise defined in the Specifications/Scope of Work. Liquidated Damages will/will not apply. If they apply list the damages below. Reject any and all, or parts of any or all, Proposals submitted by prospective Contractors.
