The purpose of this bid is to solicit offers from qualified Bidders to provide Security Fencing Phase I to Various Sites Project for District-wide use. Questions received after this deadline may not be answered. All Work must be completed within One Hundred-Twenty (120) working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Electronic certified payroll records will be required to be submitted to the California Labor Commissioner at least monthly, pursuant to California Labor Code section 1771.4(a)(3)(A). In addition, pursuant to California Labor Code section 1776(b)(2), a certified copy of all payroll records shall be made available for inspection or furnished upon request to the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement of the Department of Industrial Relations.
