Waste Removal Services. Bids submitted must be complete in all respects and may be rejected if incomplete or contain irregularities of any kind. The California Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as CDE) is soliciting bids to provide waste bin rental as well as waste removal services located at the California School for the Deaf, Riverside (CSDR), at 3044 Horace Street, Riverside, CA 92506. It is anticipated that the contract start date will begin approximately on March 1, 2024. The actual start date of the contract is contingent upon approval of the agreement by the Department of General Services (DGS), if required. Contract includes two one-year options to renew.
