Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Any questions pertaining to this Request for Proposals should be directed to the Q&A tab BEFORE 2:00 p.m. PT on December 6, 2023. The Work to be done, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to construct the Work and complete the Contract in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director. The work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the removal and installation of athletic wood sports flooring. Proposed substitutions may be submitted on Planet Bids either through Q&A or submit proposed substitution with Bid documents prior to the Bid Due date as noted in the Tentative Schedule of Events.
