The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive any discrepancy or technicality and to split or make the award in any manner determined by the County to be most advantageous to the County. All quotations must be submitted in accordance with the standards and specifications contained within this Request for Quote (RFQ). The County reserves the right to waive, at its discretion, any irregularity, which the County deems reasonably correctable or otherwise not warranting rejection of the quotation. The County shall not pay any costs incurred or associated in the preparation of this or any quotation or for participation in the procurement process. The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of The Transportation Department is soliciting quotations for steel traffic signal poles, mast arms, anchor bolts, and auxiliary components as detailed in “Exhibit A” of this RFQ. Bids shall include all transportation costs, labor, and equipment for off-loading the product for the traffic signal poles as listed in the cost summary in Exhibit “B” and on the PublicPurchase.com cost sheet which is to be completed and returned in you PublicPurchase.com response.
