Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, parts, tools, supplies, materials, incidentals, travel, equipment, and transportation needed to remove and dispose old storefront doors and install new storefront doors. Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m. on December 4, 2023. As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is committed to meeting the State's twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB), SBs for the purpose of Public Works (SB-PW) and Contractors willing to commit to subcontracting a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of their net bid price to certified SBs, or MBs (if applicable) are encouraged to submit bids.
