Description Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), Access Roadway Replacement services as described herein Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to remove and dispose of existing access roadway and replace with new asphalt. The DVBE Participation Program applies, and a three percent (3%) goal is required for this IFB. The DVBE Incentive Program may also apply to this IFB. Bidder must have, at time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract, a valid, current C-12 Earthwork and Paving license or an A-General Engineering license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB), for the type of work to be performed. Payment Bond (STD 807) Requirement: If the successful bidders bid exceeds $25,000, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement. All questions should be emailed in writing to kimberly.allen@fire.ca.gov. NO QUESTIONS will be accepted after February 22, 2024.
