SUBJECT/PURPOSE OF MEMO: Owens Valley Career Development Center is a Tribal Consortium located in California and organized under the Indian Self Determination Act. OVCDC receives and administers several Federal and State Grants including Early Head Start, California Department of Education Indian Education Center; Tribal TANF and other for the benefit of Tribes and communities in Inyo, Mono, Kern, Tulare, Kings, Fresno and Ventura Counties. OVCDC is seeking bids from qualified vendors to: Design, equip, and install one outdoor nature play Early Head Start ("EHS") playground. Specifically, one (1) area for ages 24-36 month (2-3 years old). The playground should be thirty-two inches tall, with a maximum height of no more than 36 inches tall. OVCDC is seeking one playground to be fully installed on a site located at 2574 Diaz Lane, Bishop, CA 93514.
