The Troup County School System is seeking proposals to repair the existing greenhouse at Troup High School. The scope of work is as follows: Replace clear corrugated polycarbonate covering material roof and sides. Replace clear corrugated polycarbonate material covering end walls. Replace 1- steel end wall framing: 26' wide x 12' tall structure. Replace 1- 3' x 6' 8" 1/2 glass door with lockset. Replace 1- 5' x 15' American Coolair evaporative cooling system with PVC trough. Replace 1- 15' long cooling cell framing kit for American Coolair system. (existing wall vent to be reused) Replace all galvalume lite flashing as necessary. Replace closures for corrugated polycarbonate as necessary. Install 1- Bartlett Climate Boss Controller: Fully automated controlled with touch screen interface. Provides 4 stages of cooling and 2 stages of heating. Designed to operate all of the environmental control equipment. Can provide remote access capability if WIFI is present. All fasteners used in the project must be new/washer type fasteners. No old fasteners will be reused. Proposal must include labor to remove and install all equipment and coverings, including all electrical for the new Bartlett Controller and plumbing connections. Dumpster will be provided by owner to dispose of old equipment/material. You must indicate in writing any deviation from the listed specifications/scope of work as part of your submitted proposal.
