Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Point, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of West Point is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the total cost for Headwall Rehabilitation on Highland Drive in West Point as per plans and specifications. Work to be performed to include demolition of existing curb, headwall, asphalt, and flumes and replace headwall, curb and flumes per plans and specifications. The Contractor will furnish a proposal and price for all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the job. The contractor must familiarize himself with the sites, all details of the work required, and existing conditions. The successful vendor will be required to work closely with the Public Works Department Division on this project. The Contractor must be an on-going entity for at least 5 years and produce a valid certificate of liability insurance which must be on hand before work begins. All work will be permitted and inspected through the West Point Planning Department. All work to be completed within 30 days from the Notice to Proceed.
