Renovation of a mixed-use development in Longueuil, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to the owner's facilities. The scope of work includes three packages: - Package 1 - 016 - École des Saints-Anges - Windows replacements; - Package 2 - 080 - École Jacques-Rousseau - Windows replacements, exterior finish and foundations renovations; - Package 3 - 084 - École Monseigneur-A.-M.-Parent - Renovation of laboratories. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. Package 1 relating to the École des Saints-Anges has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name École des Saints-Anges - Window Replacement. Construction is underway. Subsequent package tenders are anticipated in late 2025/early 2026 and will be followed in new separate reports.
