Renovation of an educational facility in Longueuil, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and improvements to Monseigneur-A.-M.-Parent high school builging. The scope of the project includes a complete renovation of laboratories C-218, C-220, C-229, B-223, B224 and of preparation rooms C-219, C-228, C-227 and B-225. The planned renovations will provide for the replacement of floor, wall and ceiling finishes, piping, plumbing and natural gas appliances, lighting, as well as counter and cabinet furniture and accessories in classrooms and preparation rooms. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints and the need to make 200-million-dollar budget compression to the school funding system, the Quebec government has put this project on hold for an undetermined period. Future and timelines of eventual project development are unknown. Project will be followed if/when it this proceeds to tender. Coverage of report has been discontinued.
