RTL operations are spread over two sites; the Vieux-Longueuil operations center (hereinafter referred to as CEVL) located at 1160, boulevard Marie-Victorin in the Vieux-Longueuil district, and the Saint-Hubert operations center (CESH) composed of buildings 1 (hereinafter referred to as CEVL) -hereinafter named CESH-1) and 2 (hereinafter named CESH-2), both located at 5120, boulevard Grande-Allee at the corner of rue Bellevue in the borough of Saint-Hubert.
