Renovation of a water / sewer project in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The City of West Bend reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
