Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Christensen Road Greenway project includes removal of existing sidewalk and installation of 1300 lf of new 12' wide concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter, removal and replacement of 21 trees, and irrigation modifications between Campstool Road and Commerce Circle on Christensen Road. A bid guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany any bid submitted. See Section below, titled: Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. See Section below, titled: "Instructions to Bidders." Question Submission Deadline: January 30, 2025, 5:00pm Questions shall be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal - Question and Answer tool. The City of Cheyenne ("the City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities in the bidding.
