Existing site conditions and restrictions: Contractor shall stage within property lines. Street parking for contractors is allowed along E 25th Street and Seymour Avenue; any other parking needed shall be within the property boundaries. 2. Requirement for Substantial Completion date: December 20, 2024 3. Owner-purchased, Owner-installed items: All furniture 4. Occupancy of adjacent facilities: No work shall be performed on adjacent property, except sidewalk and concrete entrances along alley.
