All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future requirement. FE Warren AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to meet the requirement in Attachment 1 - Draft Performance Work Statement. All services will be performed on FE Warren AFB. Requirement Includes: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor necessary, training, transportation, disposal of old Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), removal of old UPS, installation and maintenance to provide a new UPS unit at F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.
