90 Day Extension to Bridge Contract: Administrative, Analysis, Planning, and IT Support Services for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) Human Capital Management Office (HCMO) This is not a request for quote/proposal. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) Human Capital Management Office (HCMO), intends to award an additional 90-day extension to this short-term, sole source bridge contract to Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions, Inc. [CAGE Code: 39BL2; 134 Commerce Drive, Suite 100 Clarksville, Virginia 23927-2554, United States]. The anticipated period of performance for the 90- day extension is for three months, from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8 - Option to Extend Services. The contract is intended to meet HCMO's requirement to provide analysis, planning, and IT support required for the advancement of human capital management activities under the purview of OUSD(I&S), to include administrative and substantive support to these activities. The Contractor is required to provide administrative, analysis, planning, and IT support services for OUSD(I&S) HCMO requirements. The follow-on requirement is currently in the market research and acquisition planning phase with an anticipated award date of April 1, 2024. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals.
