This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) and implement a comprehensive program for the operation, maintenance, repairs, service, testing, inspection and certification of Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) Installations on the Pentagon Reservation and other facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and non-personal services necessary to perform all activities associated with the operation, maintenance, testing, repairs, cleaning, inspection and certification of elevators, escalators and wheel chairs lifts (identified in the PWS and its attachments) at The Pentagon and Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC), and their associated components. It also encompasses the maintenance of the Vertical Transportation Management System (VTMS) field devices, servers, and workstations located on the Pentagon Reservation. The base period is anticipated to begin July 1, 2024. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time
