Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Pentagon, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The intent and scope of this project, Corridor 5 Parking TMDL-P, is the installation of an enhanced and expanded parking lot with three (3) bioretention facilities, emergency call boxes, LED lighting, other miscellaneous utility improvements, and demolishment of the old helipad. The bioretention facilities aim to effectively manage surface runoff, significantly reduce pollutants, and safely direct any overflow downstream through designated structures. All work performed must comply with the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) Building Code, Pentagon Facility Guide Specifications, and all the applicable codes, standards and regulations incorporated into this SOW and Attachments. In addition to the above scope, the Pentagon's additional objectives include minimal disruption to the Pentagon's operations and activities. $5-10 Million *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
