Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hudson, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. At Croton-Harmon High School: Replacement of roofing and related roof-top work, new flashings at HVAC equipment curbs, and masonry cleaning (Alternate work). 2. At Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School: Replacement of roofing and related rooftop work, new flashings at HVAC equipment curbs, and masonry cleaning and restoration work (Alternate work). 3. At Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School: New flashings at HVAC equipment curbs. 4. At New Administration Building: New flashings at HVAC equipment curbs. B. Work at Existing Sites: Existing conditions are shown on the drawings to the best knowledge of the Architect. The Architect, however, cannot guarantee the correctness of the existing conditions shown and assumes no responsibility therefore. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to verify all existing conditions. 1. Contractor shall take all necessary field measurements prior to fabrication and installation of work and shall assume complete responsibility for accuracy of same. All Requests for Information must be sent in writing to the Architects Project Manager via email (Brian Dunn, bdunn@kgdarchitects.com) no later than 5 business days prior to bid opening RFI deadline is 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 7, 2023.
