Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in St Charles, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This bid period includes work related to demolition, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel and miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, manufactured casework, countertops, doors and hardware, drywall and metal framing, roofing, interior glazing and storefront systems, ceramic tiling, flooring, acoustic tile ceilings, painting, fire protection systems, plumbing, heating ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, low voltage and audio-visual cabling, and fire alarm systems. Prime Trade Contractors for the work will be assigned to the Construction Manager, Pepper Construction. A 10% bid security must accompany the bid and all additive alternates. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract value The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in the bids
