Remodeling of a mixed-use development in St Charles, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
Project awarded to Laub Construction, Inc total base bid of $669,400.00 including the Alternates #1 ($31,800) & #2 ($35,900), for an adjusted final project cost of $737,100.00 Sealed proposals for Swanson Pool Locker Rooms Interior Remodeling for the St. Charles Park District The project consists of a partial interior remodeling of an existing park district bathhouse and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract. All contracts for work herein are subject to all Park District rules and regulations, and providing for the payment Kane County's prevailing wage rate to all workers involved in this project. All bids will remain firm for 60-days after the bid opening. The St. Charles Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of the Park District.
