Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Contractor and sub-contractors shall comply with prevailing wage requirements of Kane County at the time of the signing of the contract as found by the Department of Labor or as determined by the Court of Appeal, to all his/her employees performing work under the Contract. A signed certification stating the above as well as the fact that the bidder is not barred from bidding as a result of a violation of either Section 33E-3 or 33E-4 of Chapter 38, Illinois Revised Statutes, 1987 (as amended) must be submitted by the successful bidder as part of this contract.
