The City of St. Charles ("City") is requesting bids for Asphalt Materials. Orders will be placed and picked up by the City on an "as needed" basis. Questions due prior to 8:00am Procurement@stcharlesil.gov March 8, 2024 Service Period May 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025 Bid Bonds/Bid Deposits are typically ten percent (10%) of the full contract price unless depicted otherwise. The City reserves the right to waive any informality, technical requirement, deficiency, or irregularity in the offer. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any offer in which the Offeror names a total price for all the work without breaking down requested costs such as, but not limited to, material costs, labor costs, overhead, profit, and project phases.
