This bidperiod includes work related to demolition, cast-in-placeconcrete, masonry, structural steel and miscellaneousmetals, rough carpentry, manufactured casework,countertops, doors and hardware, drywall and metal framing, roofing, interior glazing and storefront systems, ceramic tiling, flooring, acoustic tile ceilings, painting, fireprotection systems, plumbing, heating ventilation and airconditioning, electrical, low voltage and audio-visual cabling, and fire alarm systems. Prime Trade Contractors forthe work will be assigned to the Construction Manager,Pepper Construction. A 10% bid security must accompanythe bid and all additive alternates. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract value.Prospective bidders must have previous work experienceon projects of similar size and meet the criteria establishedby St. Charles CUSD 303. Contractor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on filewith Pepper Construction.
