Renovation of a residential development in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Project Description: PLEASE NOTE: Chatham County does not utilize third parties to obtain bids on its behalf. The purpose of the bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors for renovations to inmate housing units three (3) and four (4) at the Chatham County Detention Center. Renovations are to include removal of grass cloth wallpaper and repaint areas, removal of VCT flooring to install Epoxy Coat, and prep and repair tiled shower areas and janitor's closets for install of epoxy coating system. Renovations will also include removal and replacement of all suspended ceiling tiles as well as tile over of existing VCT flooring and installation of LVT flooring in all offices and hub areas. The Detention Center is located at 1050 Carl Griffin Drive, Savannah, Georgia.
