Reference Number 0000259775 Question Acceptance Deadline Dec 01, 2023 02:00 PM EST Pricing Lump sum BGIS wishes to qualify and establish Vendor of Record Lists for the following consulting service categories in relation to Client(s) Low and Medium-complexity projects with ranging construction budgets from approximately $10,000 to $2,000,000. Building Envelope Engineering Civil Engineering Electrical Consulting Elevators Environmental Mechanical Structural Engineering 1. The Qualified Engineer shall provide the Services required by the Bid Call Documents and related Call Up Agreement. For greater certainty, for the purposes of this Schedule "A", the Call Up Agreement is the ACEC Document 31-2010, as modified by IO's Supplementary Conditions and any Project Specific Supplementary Conditions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Qualified Engineer shall: (1) provide comprehensive Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Building Envelope, Elevator or Environmental engineering and technical services to perform the role of Prime Consultant, where required, through the full life cycle of a Project; and (2) provide all the supervision, coordination, labour, materials, Personnel, equipment, tools, transportation and services to fully execute and complete the Services, as required by the Bid Call Documents and Call Up Agreement. 2. The Services as identified in this Agreement shall not be interpreted as limiting the Qualified Engineer's duties, obligations and responsibilities as detailed in the Call Up Agreement.
