College Boreal is inviting experienced and qualified Janitorial Services providers to submit offers for the supply of labour, necessary supplies and equipment to perform the contracted cleaning services required for the buildings at the Toronto Campus. Term: 2024/01/02 12:00:00 AM EST - 2025/10/01 12:00:00 AM EDT Option: 3 periods of 1 year each General Requirements - Insurance Required The proponents and all subcontractors agree to purchase and maintain in force, at its own expense, including payment of all deductibles, and for the duration of this contract, the following policies of insurance, which policies of insurance shall be in a form and with an insurance company acceptable to the College and be specific and exclusive to this project, each in the amount of FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($5,000,00.00), with a certificate of these policies originally signed by an authorized agent of the insurance company issuing the policies
