Renovation of an educational facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Centennila college is seeking bid submission for the upgrade of Air Handling Units Controls at our Ashtonbee Campus. 1. Disconnect and remove all existing pneumatic devices (actuators, sensors, controllers etc.). All tubing to be snipped and capped. 2. Provide all new DDC actuators, sensors, and integrate into the existing head end. Update graphics as required for each air handling unit (AHU). 3. Remove all existing control wiring, power wiring and provide new. 4. All new wiring to be in conduit to Div. 26 standards. 5. Provide power to controllers where required from nearest available panel. 6. Provide new control valves and actuators as notes in the drawings. Valve size to match existing. 7. Provide new damper actuators for all pneumatically controlled dampers as noted on the drawings. Minimum set points to be retained. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
