Reference Number 0000335817 Ned Houk Motorsports Complex (the "Facility") is situated on the east side of Ned Houk Park, a 3,200 acre park owned and operated by the City of Clovis and located approximately seven miles north of the City. The Facility consists of a dirt circle track, motocross track, lighting, bleachers/stands, and other infrastructure. The Facility has not operated for the past several years. See attached "Exhibit A." The City of Clovis is seeking proposals of interested parties to rehabilitate and utilize the Facility as a motocross or motorsports racing venue open to the public. The following are guidelines as to the proposed for the Facility, however the Proposer may present alternative/expanded recommendations/responses as to potential activities at the Facility. Question Deadline 12/01/2023 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes *The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities at its option when in the best interest of the City of Clovis.
