Closing Time: 3:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/27 03:00:00 PM NST The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Marine Services Division, is seeking quotations for an Individual Standing Offer Agreement to enter into a service contract with an experienced elevator company for Elevator Lift Maintenance onboard the provincially owned passenger ferries in service within the Province. This work will be on an as needed, on call basis. The scope of work includes scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs for the elevators onboard seven passenger ferries. Scheduled maintenance shall be performed at regular intervals for B-355 compliant and B-44 compliant devices. In addition to the maintenance requirements below, the Contracted Supplier must be able to perform all tasks specified by the Provincial Government Services Inspectors. Term: 2023/12/31 10:30:00 PM EST - 2024/12/30 10:30:00 PM EST Option: four (4) years. The initial term of the Agreement will be for a period of 12 months. After the initial term, the Agreement may be extended based on mutual consent for up to four (4) additional 12-month extension periods, renewed each year. The Agreement will have a maximum potential duration of five (5) years. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
