Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 3 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/05 02:00:00 PM NST The objective of this project is to provide the required design to support electrical upgrades to three (3) 16-unit apartment building in Pleasantville, St. John's. Buildings are identified as B803, 809 and 804. Provide NLHC with Professional Engineering Services for the design, tendering, award and project administration of the contract for Electrical Upgrades to three (3) Buildings within, Pleasantville area. Work will include primarily: The upgrade of 16 apartment units per building. Main service supply upgrade; General common corridors including basement and main lobby; Laundry facilities electrical components, including additional washer and dryer connections; Mechanical and architectural design related to laundry facilities, existing piping, etc. Replacement of civil infrastructure to complete main service upgrade/connections to NL Power transformers; Relocation of electrical meters and components to a designated electrical room. Internal lighting system throughout common spaces and storage rooms. The Work is not intended to include: Upgrades or improvements to the electrical components related to the heating plant system and distribution; Fire alarm systems; External lighting system; Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
