Furnish Labor and Materials For the Installation of Zinc Coated Ductile Iron Water Main in Bellefontaine St and Glenarm St - WD-23-05 Furnish and install 12-inch Class 52 zinc coated ductile iron pipe, fittings, appurtenances, including final paving, and all other items complete in place per Design Drawings The Work covered in this Specification is located on Bellefontaine Street from Pasadena Avenue to Fair Oaks Avenue and Glenarm St from Arroyo Parkway to El Molino Ave in the City of Pasadena, California. CLASS A (Contractor's license) license from the State of California, and C10. Question Submission Deadline: December 12, 2023, 3:00pm Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted directly through the City's eProcurement Portal Q&A function. Do not contact any other City employee or official regarding this solicitation. Any questions submitted after the date and time specified may not be considered. Any Bidder or Proposer may withdraw their response via the City's eProcurement Portal prior to 3:00 pm on Thursday, December 21, 2023. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a surety bond, meeting City requirements, must accompany all bids. Performance Bonds Required: 100% Labor & Materials Bonds Required: 100% The City reserves the right to solely judge the bidder's representations, and to solely determine whether the bidder is qualified to undertake the project pursuant to the criteria set forth herein.
