The Solicitation for Consultants (SFC) documents, including the proposal requirements, the selection criteria and Selection Schedule will be available 3:00 PM on Monday, November 20, 2023 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding.
