Renovation of a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

The College invites quotations to supply, install and commission all components detailed in this work package called the General Contractor Works that involves the procurement and installation of a roof-top safety handrail system, a new access door through an existing window, mechanical installation of a winter-proof hose bib, and coordination with a parallel Photovoltaic (PV) installation project (Camosun RFQ 23-11-93825) on the roof and walls of the southwest corner of the Alan Batey Library.
