This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB). The project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. Note: The Government intends to issue a "Notice to Proceed" on or about 10 days following contract award. The bid opening is hereby limited to one representative per bidder. Please submit the bid package as a single .pdf file. For Block 17: See Section B/Attachment C - Bidding Schedule - Supplies or Services and Prices Site Visit: See Solicitation Attachment E, Additional Provisions, for meeting location and date/time. Although not mandatory, a site visit by interested parties is encouraged. All site visit attendees are required to wear hard hats and steel toed boots. Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) will not issue safety gear. Bidders may perform their own investigation of the complete project.
