Services shall include clean-up, disposal of debris, reports, submittals, schedules, licenses, insurance, on-site coordination, and overall management of work activities to perform District Improvements at Phase 1A of Talia Master Plan Community in Mesquite, TX as outlined below. The Owner seeks a qualified bidder to perform the work. Bidders are invited to submit a proposal to the Owner for consideration. The successful bidder shall be expected to work closely with the SFMMD-Owner, Graham Engineering-District Engineer and CH TNC Mesquite-Developer. The contractor shall supply all list of personnel, sub-tier contractors, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and all other items and services necessary to provide District Improvements for Spradley Farms Improvement District of Kaufman County. Services shall include clean-up, disposal of debris, reports, submittals, schedules, licenses, insurance, on-site coordination, and overall management of work activities to perform District Improvements at Phase 1 of Talia Master Plan Community in Mesquite, TX as outlined in the Bid Form schedules. The project includes the construction of the landscape, hardscape, irrigation, electrical lighting, entry monument walls and signage, pickleball court, shade structure, and a fishing pier. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid. The successful bidder, if any, will be the responsible bidder, which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the Owner and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
