Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Madrid, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each bidder shall accompany the bid with a bid security as defined in Iowa code section 26.8. Scannedcopiesofthebidsecurity will be accepted for those bidders submitting bids electronically. Additionally, the submissionof anelectronicbid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or money order, the original security must be mailed to the Department at the Wallace State Office Building, 502 East 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319 within(5) business days of the bid letting date. The bid security must be in an amount set forth in the bidding documents and made payable to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
