The existing equipment rental fabric structure shall be disassembled and the fabric all system shall be disposed of the concrete slab and foundation system shall be selectively demolished and the structural steel superstructure shall be salvaged. Work shall include all labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead to complete hazardous materials abatement, renovations to the existing kitchen and servery, stair and ramp additions, door and window replacement, the addition of toilet rooms and fixtures, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, communications pathway and food service work. Work also includes site and civil work, regrading, retaining walls, pavements, landscaping, stormwater management, other site improvements, and changes to the building envelope.
