This Will Involve Partial Demolition of the Concrete Powerhouse Within Its Own Footprint with Additional Stone and Earth Capping in the Final Condition to Give the Appearance of a Natural-looking Earthen Dam at the Massena Canal Dam. This Contract May Be Fulfilled by a Sub-contract, Joint Venture or Co-production Arrangement.
