Renovation of a municipal facility in Langley, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of April 22, 2024, per owner a general contractor was identified and the project is complete. Question Deadline: 12/04/2023 at 5:00 PM CT, GRDA will accept questions regarding this RFP . GRDA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, to evaluate Bids, to award or not award contracts, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, and/or conditional Bids. Contractor hereby grants to GRDA a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use any of Contractor's intellectual property used in the performance of the Project, including, but not limited to, the design and construction related documents, blueprints, drawings, and computer programs including, but not limited to, machine readable object code, flow charts, logic diagrams, listings, and any listing generated therefrom (referred to herein as the "Software"), for use by GRDA in operating or in connection with the equipment. Any Software updates will also be covered by the provisions of this Contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
