Lewis County is looking for a qualified vendor to produce the Pre-finished, Pre-hung interior wooden Door/Window/Trim package for the new Community Development Building. Lewis County is requesting vendor bids to produce and provide prefinished, pre-hung, solid core doors, windows with wooden frames, and matching 1"x 2.5" trim per the construction plans and manuals for the Community Development Building. Color to be directed by owner. Vendor to produce/provide and deliver pre-hug interior doors, interior windows, and door and window trim as called out on the provided Door and Window Schedule, per the construction plans and manuals for the Community Development Building located in the documents and attachment's section of the call for bid. Additional Details A. Doors to be solid core B. Doors: Clear Vertical Grain Fir C. Door Casing and Trim, Window Casing and Trim: Fir Door Finish will be selected from vendors color chart and confirmed by owner. Lewis County requires a Quality Product for a Fair Price. 2 quality control inspections will occur by Construction Supervisor prior to County taking possession of finished products. A. Product Finish Quality Inspection: In Vendor Shop, Once Doors, Windows, and Trim have been finished a quality control inspection will occur at vendors shop. B. Delivery Inspection: Upon Delivery of Materials an inspection will be completed at the project construction site. After Inspection and inventory is complete county will take possession of materials. 4 Any blemishes, shadows, or damage discovered will not be accepted and will be returned to factory/vendor for replacement/repair at the vendor's expense. Vendor is responsible for confirming rough opening dimensions and door hang/swing on site prior to material order
