Renovation of an educational facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 64,000-square-foot educational facility.
Site Directions: McCormick Junior High School Cheyenne, WY 82009 The work includes but is not limited to the renovation of approximately 64,000 square feet of the existing facility. Work includes selective interior demolition of walls, casework, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, rooftop units, floor slabs, structural framing, exterior windows, doors, and IT items. New work includes new wall framing and finishes, concrete floor slabs, structural framing and reinforcement. New rooftop mechanical units and structural platforms, roof patching, new clerestory framing and windows, new electrical systems. Adding fire sprinklers in entirety of footprint within the scope of this project, replacing fire doors, fire alarm system, and security. New casework and technology throughout, new doors and hardware, replacing existing windows, cutting in new windows. Other scope as shown in drawings.
