Renovation of a mixed-use development in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
ROOFTOP HVAC PROJECTS All bids shall be presented or otherwise delivered to the Clerk of the Board under sealed envelope with the concise statement, SEALED BID Rooftop HVAC Projects marked on the outside. Bids will not be accepted via facsimile or e-mail. Any bid received after the hour of 3:00 p.m. PST on December 6, 2023, will not be considered. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever. Question Deadline 12/01/2023 at 5:00 PM PT Questions regarding this bid may be submitted in writing to jvoeller@cdaschools.org. Responses will be provide in writing and added to the District Web Page under the Bids and Legal Tab Recommendation: Through the Consent Agenda, award contracts to Metal Craft for Coeur d’Alene High School and Dalton Elementary at $231,700 and to Legacy Heating and Cooling for Bryan Elementary, Fernan Elementary, Hayden Meadows Elementary, Sorenson Elementary, Canfield Middle School, Lake City High School, and Venture Academy at $406,900 with a $100,000 contingency.
