This Project has a 4% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal. The TG/ED/VO subcontracting goal will not be a consideration in determining the lowest responsible Prime Contractor. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Mechanical, Electrical, Earthwork, Pipefitters, Fencing, and Concrete/blacktop construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replace various sections of water mains, separate storm and sanitary sewer where still combined. Add fencing and gates to create a complete truck gate at the main vehicle entrance to the facility. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: 1. Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since September 1, 2019 for earthwork, water/sewer main, fencing. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $1,100,000 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding companys projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to three (3) qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion since September 1, 2019 for earthwork, water/sewer main, fencing and MUST have had a construction value of $1,100,000 or greater. 2. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least five (5) years of experience with Project Management experience with earthwork, water/sewer, fencing similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $1,100,000 or greater.
