Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo” or “Owner”) is seeking one or more qualified contractors to renovate up to three (3) washrooms projects: 1) “Project 1” means VCC East Building 16 K Washroom, located on the ground level of the VCC East building, 999 Canada Pl, BC V6C 3C1. 2) “Project 2” means BC Place Level 2 Washroom, located at 777 Pacific Blvd, Vancouver, BC, V6B 4Y8. 3) “Project 3 (optional)” means VCC West Building Level 2 Washroom located on the second level of VCC West building, located at 1055 Canada Pl, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3
